Last updated: 10 October 2026
We respect your privacy and keep data collection to a minimum. This policy explains who we are, what personal data we process when you visit martiifran.pl or get in touch about a collaboration, and how you can exercise your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The controller of your personal data is Franciszek Mysłek, operating Marti & Fran (established in Poland).
For any questions about this notice or how we handle your data, you can reach us by email at hello@martiifran.pl.
When you fill in our project enquiry form (hosted on Google Forms) or email us directly at hello@martiifran.pl, we collect the information you choose to share:
Form submissions are stored on Google Drive and delivered to our hello@martiifran.pl inbox.
We only process your personal data for clear business and communication purposes under the GDPR:
We use PostHog hosted in the European Union (PostHog EU Cloud) in a cookieless configuration to understand aggregate traffic, page views, video playback and link clicks.
We do not place advertising or tracking cookies on your device, and no cookie banner is required because no non-essential cookies are stored. You can opt out of or re-enable analytics capturing at any time using the “Opt out of analytics” toggle in the website footer.
We never sell your personal data. We rely only on essential infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf:
We retain project enquiries, form submissions and business contact details for the duration of our collaboration and in our ongoing brand-relationship archive so we can follow up on future routes and campaigns, or until you ask us to delete them.
Where a collaboration leads to a contract or invoice, billing and accounting records are kept for the statutory retention period required by Polish tax and accounting law.
Under the GDPR, you have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
To exercise any of these rights or request deletion of your enquiry, email us at hello@martiifran.pl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office — Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO).
